As the leader of workforce development for Boone, Stephenson, and Winnebago counties, The Workforce Connection board developed a four-year strategic plan regarding the workforce system which we convene. Part of that plan was to identify the targeted industries that lead to high-growth, high-demand occupations -- one of which being Manufacturing. The Manufacturing industry is a part of Northern Illinois' core, and we want to take the time to celebrate all of the incredible businesses in this field. Thank you for everything you do!
