We are reaching out regarding the $4.5 million in bill payment assistance that remains available to support Nicor Gas residential customers who have past-due balances and may be affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In many instances, this is the first time families are experiencing financial hardship and are not sure where to turn for help. Nicor Gas believes every family deserves affordable and reliable energy. Here are details about programs that we offer to residential customers. Nicor Gas is also offering commercial and industrial sales service customers an opportunity to enroll in more flexible payment arrangements for a limited period. We’ve also created a COVID-19 Business Resource Center.
