Growth Dimensions Looking for FastTrac Trainer

Growth Dimensions, Inc. is a non profit 501c 6 Economic Development organization soliciting proposals from qualified trainers to deliver two cohorts of the FastTrac Training Program. Funding was received through the Kauffman Foundation to deliver this program to current and aspiring entrepreneurs. The intent is to begin the first cohort in the fall of 2020, through a hybrid of face-to-face and virtual delivery methods in Belvidere/Boone County, Illinois.
The Trainers commitment will include:
Training
- 4 two-hour training sessions on the Fast Trac Program
- 5 hours for follow up call and study/review time
First Cohort
- 8 hours for cohort prep
- 10 three-hour sessions for training participants
- 20 hours of participant support
Second Cohort
- 3 hours for cohort prep
- 10 three-hour sessions for training participants
- 20 hours of participant support
Reporting activity to Growth Dimensions
The trainer will be in constant contact with Growth Dimensions' staff to provide feedback, successes and obstacles from the FastTrac Program and its participants.
Your Proposal
Your proposal should contain, but not be limited to, the following considerations:
- Educational Background
- Experience as an educator/trainer to include delivery methods (i.e. virtual and classroom)
- Experience as a entrepreneur
- Professional References
- Compensation Expectations
