$4M Project To Create 20 Jobs In Belvidere

First Rockford Group’s new $4 million construction project will result in approximately 20 new jobs for the region, according to a news release.
Rockford Health System will occupy 70 percent of a 10,000-square-foot building and DaVita will fill a 6,000-square-foot second building. Both companies have signed long-term leases.
First Rockford Group and the health system held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on June 23. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2015.
