- The Office of Minority Economic Empowerment is partnering with the Office of Broadband for an informative webinar on the grant opportunities available through their office. The Office of Broadband is responsible for administering the Connect Illinois broadband infrastructure grant program as well as developing programming in the areas of community planning and capacity building, digital literacy, adoption, and inclusion. Currently, the Digital Navigators Notice of Collaboration Opportunity (NOCO) is open
