A small group of area manufacturers committed to finding a new way to address their skills gap has identified a proven approach to alleviate the current shortage of skilled workers in our region. Talent Pipeline Management is being used in other communities around the county-but it must be employer-led. Your input is important as we identify specific skill shortages and training needs.
