Join Growth Dimensions and The Middlesworth Group for an interactive, in-person workshop designed for business owners, executives, and organizational leaders who want to move beyond the AI buzz and identify practical opportunities within their own operations.

Led by Ryan Middlesworth, MBA, Founder of The Middlesworth Group, this session starts with the work, not the technology. Participants will examine the everyday processes that quietly consume time and capacity, from repetitive data entry and manual reporting to approval bottlenecks, follow-ups, handoffs, and work that depends too heavily on one person.

Rather than asking, “Where can we use AI?” the workshop helps leaders ask a more valuable question: “Where is work slowing us down, and what is the right way to fix it?”

Through practical examples and a hands-on Workflow Opportunity Canvas, participants will learn how to:

• Identify processes that are costing their organization time and capacity
• Determine whether work should be eliminated, simplified, standardized, automated, or AI-assisted
• Recognize where AI and automation can create real business value—and where they may not be the right solution
• Evaluate opportunities based on impact, effort, readiness, risk, and measurable results
• Select one workflow within their own organization worth improving
• Begin turning that opportunity into a focused, measurable 90-day pilot
