This immersive webinar focuses on developing cultural humility to effectively manage relationships. Participants will explore the concept of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and the distinct aspects of Cultural Humility, contrasting it with Cultural Competence. The webinar will highlight the advantages of embracing cultural humility in the workplace, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.
Through this webinar participants will enhance their communication skills, including reflective listening and the application of SHUVA Techniques, promoting understanding and empathy in interactions.
