Arthur Hawkins is a thoughtful and dynamic Business Employment Consultant with the IDHS Division of Rehab Services Workforce Development Unit, where he facilitates employment-driven programs for IL job-seekers with disabilities. Arthur’s mission is increasing labor participation of disability-talent and has successfully placed candidates across a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Trades, Financial Services, and more. What is most rewarding for Arthur is serving as intra-agency liaison between the Vocational Rehab teams and Emerging Employers, and supporting employers growth along with our candidates.
