Details: This quarterly Community of Practice will share information about foster care and transition supports and services in the Rockford region.
You will gain a basic understanding of the scope of services available, program eligibility, how to make effective referrals, and how your program participants can access services. The panel will be moderated by Rita Nesbitt, Regional Manager for the University of Illinois at Chicago, Division of Specialized Care for Children. Panelists include:

- Children's Home & Aid - Ashley Akerman, Statewide Program Manager - Family Support
- National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) - Emily Clutter, Program Manager
