The 21-day challenge is designed to help foster a virtual community of growth and learning around social, systemic, and institutional racial inequity by providing participants with dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership.
During the month of April, participants will have the opportunity to learn and engage with challenges about racial inequity within the following topics:
?Critical Race Theory

Representation in Film and Television
The challenge is accessible via phone app or web browser where you will be presented with daily challenges such as reading an article, listening to a podcast, reflecting on personal experiences, and more!
We hope you will join us and by participating, help us build a world where all people are seen as equal, powerful, and unstoppable.
