Frank Walter has more than 40 years of financial leadership experience. Frank is Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking with Heartland Financial, USA and Chairman of the Board for Illinois Bank and Trust. He has a love for strategy development, especially the creation of unique, value-added sales approaches. Frank completed his graduate studies at California State University – Fullerton, earning a Master’s in Business Administration. Frank also completed the Graduate School of Credit Administration at Stanford University. |
