IMA - Anti-Sexual Harassment Required Training
Details
Description
The Illinois Human Rights Act requires that all employees receive training about sexual harassment in the workplace on an annual basis. Also, all newly hired employees must be trained within 90 days of hire. This law applies to all employees including full-time, part-time, seasonal, or temporary.
Have you completed your mandatory employee training this year? The IMA, in partnership with the member law firm of Amundsen Davis, LLC, is pleased to offer this updated training program that meets the state requirements and has been updated with the 2024 Certificates of Completion.
The Training Program Includes:
Instructions for employers to administer this training to employees if not attending live
A recording of the webinar A certificate of completion that can be given to each participating employee
