This highly interactive course lets participants work in small teams to understand the complexity and challenges of strategic planning. Learn techniques for building consensus among stakeholders who represent different values and interests. Participants will also learn the quantitative techniques used to better understand their community, and explore project assessment methods for setting priorities and measuring their plan's impact.
