OPEN NEW DOORS: Supplier Diversity Virtual Panel Discussion
Prevalent challenges and disruptions in the supply chain have brought to light the importance of supplier diversity. As resources run low, manufacturers are looking to other suppliers. It’s easy for companies to overlook women-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned and other diverse businesses, yet diversity within supply chains can make businesses more resilient and adaptable.
Whether you are a small or mid-size manufacturer, starting your diversity supplier practices, growing a program, or have questions, join our panel discussion and hear how companies have implemented supplier diversity practices to expand their markets, drive competition between existing and potential suppliers, and attract new talent.
Our panel is comprised of expert female leaders who will:
Define supplier diversity and debunk misconceptions.
Explain how supplier diversity boosts a company’s image and promotes economic benefits in the community.
Dive into how diversity of suppliers relates to corporate social responsibility and why it helps attract new talent.
Share resources you can tap into to expand your supply chain.
