- Discussion includes: Native American Chamber of Commerce Resources, DCEO Resources, PTACs and the Certification Process, Small Business Administration Funding Opportunities, Buy Indian Act and other procurement resources for Native American-owned businesses. Co-hosted by: DCEO's Office of Minority Economic Empowerment, Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), Native American Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, and the National Center American Indian PTAC. These Procurement Technical Assistance Centers are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency.
