In addition to working at Newmark serving as a Director of Location Advisory within the Global Strategy and Consulting Team, a division of the firm’s Global Corporate Services (GCS), Zethmayr represents the Greater Rockford Airport Authority in Northern Illinois to administer its foreign trade zone and assists companies in implementing FTZ strategies across the United States.
