- Job Relations: Building positive employee relations, increasing cooperation and motivation, and effectively resolving conflict.
- Job Methods: Improving the way jobs are done for continual improvement.

Work instructions are a tool that allows manufacturers to improve quality and meet demand, while reducing variety in the finished product. Video work instructions are a hands-on method for new technicians to learn the step-by-step best practices to complete tasks. Incorporating video work instructions to your training curriculum is a safe and efficient way to teach tasks, and reduces need for existing staff to provide training. Standard work instructions enforce consistency when performing tasks. We will have one style of video work instruction technology at the event for you to try for yourself.
