Their primary concern continues to be the safety and well-being of their employees, customers and communities.  As a business responsible for critical infrastructure, they are committed to sustaining their business operations during this challenging time.  Nicor Gas put protective measures in place when it’s necessary for their employees to have direct contact with customers to protect from the potential spread of COVID-19.  This guidance is based on the best practice recommendations from the CDC and OSHA and continues to evolve.

As always, their 24/7 Call Center at 1-888-642-6748 is available to customers to contact them if they have any questions or need to report a natural gas issue.  They are continuing on as business as usual with the exception of some of their employees working remotely.
