The Aves Farm is a 100 year old dairy farm with 90 head of Holstein cattle. The milk is made into Prairie Pure Cheese by master cheesemakers in small plants in southern Wisconsin. They sell Butterkase, Cheddar, Swiss, Feta and Blue Cheese. Their cheese is available at area farmers markets, retailers, restaurants and online.
